I was lucky enough to be born and raised in the beautiful region of Puglia.

After living there for 30 years, I moved to London in 2009. Despite the move to London, my native region has always remained in my heart and I enjoy frequent visits ‘home’ throughout the year.

I love my region and, though it is becoming more popular, I feel that not enough people get to experience the real Puglia.

Many who visit do not get to fully enjoy the Apulian culture as I was able to when growing up.

That is why I decided to create a blog talking about Puglia – through the eyes of an Apulian.
